Upscale Massage options
DIAMOND PLANBack, Neck & Shoulders
Relaxing warm-oil massage focused on the upper body, ending with percussion massage.
[MEDIUM]
Back and legs, excluding the feet.
[LARGE]
Neck to feet on the back, or full body (front and back).
Upscale Reset options
GOLD+ · PLATINUM · DIAMONDUpscale Massage: book 24 hours to 4 days in advance.
Upscale Reset: book 24 hours to 10 days in advance.

BOOKING RULES
Before you confirm.
Correct membership
Only book a service included in your plan. Ineligible appointments may be declined or charged directly.
Rescheduling and cancellation
One reschedule is possible if requested more than 24 hours in advance. Requests within 24 hours cannot be accommodated.
Valid contact information
For a first booking, you will receive one personal confirmation message. Please reply; repeated reminders will not be sent.
Respectful communication
Please write and speak respectfully. Replies may take time during treatments; please avoid calling outside opening hours.
ARRIVAL & ACCESS
Find the right entrance.
Enter on foot between Humboldtstraße 27–29 and 31, behind the red barrier. Walk through the courtyard to our glass door; no car access and no need to ring.
On arrival, check in on your phone, then sit on the gold/yellow chairs and wait to be called.
Please do not use the black chairs. They are reserved for our colleague’s clients and patients.
