Policy

1 - Cancellation

At Upscale Massage, we have a strict cancellation policy :

A

Unless you find someone to replace you,all appointments not cancelled at least 24h in advance, will be charge 50% of the appointment.

B

Cancellations made during the planned appointment are fully charged.

C

Cancellation because of Covid19 positive now requires you to send the official test result.

D

Cancellation within 4 hours & "NO SHOWS" WILL BE FULLY CHARGED.

Please be aware that this cancellation policy will also apply to treatments to be paid for by Gift Card

G

Late cancellation or failure to arrive for your designated appointment will result in a cancellation charge.

Your late arrival will require ending the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter this time.
Please keep in mind that this time has been reserved for you & other people are scheduled after.

2 - Offers

A

Offers or Gift Cards do NOT apply on the TREATWELL website.
If you make a reservation on "Treatwell", offers won't apply.

B

You need to be fully eligible for offers.

C

All the conditions must be fulfilled in order to use one offer.

D

Discounts & offers are not cumulative.

3 - Packages & Validity

A

Any appointment made beyond the expiry date no longer benefits from the reduction granted.
Therefore the price difference of each non used massage must be paid accordingly.

B

You need to be fully eligible for offers.

C

All the conditions must be fulfilled in order to use one offer.

D

Discounts & offers are not cumulative.

3 - Packages & Validity

A

Any appointment made beyond the expiry date no longer benefits from the reduction granted.

Any appointment left in the package 3 days after the expiry date is lost.

C

The price difference is between the price of one item in a package & the regular price of one item. Not between packages

4 - Gift Cards & Vouchers

A

Gift Cards & offer vouchers must be used during the booking online & cannot be used in conjunction with any offers or discounts.

B

Gift Cards DO have a validity.

C

An ordered gift card (physical & virtual) is due.

D

Gift Card will be sent only upon payment.

E

Gift Cards can only be used by booking by booking online on http://www.upscalemassage.eu & the link redirecting to the online booking platform.

5 - Professional Boundaries

A

Requests for sexual activity will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the proper authorities under the guidelines of the onsite massage therapy policies and procedures. The client will not be rescheduled if this occurs.
