cancellation & no shows
All appointments not cancelled at least 24h in advance, (last minute) will be charged 50%.
Cancellations within 4 hours & “NO SHOWS” will be fully charged.
Your late arrival will require ending the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter this time. There is usually enough time between two customers on purpose to overcome that stress but please keep in mind that this time has been reserved for you & other people are scheduled after.
For quality reason, do not forget that the therapist does need to “recover” after each session.
Things happen – traffic, last minute phone calls, things at work/home but the therapist’s time is valuable & he also respects other clients time.
STARTING ON TIME
You’re choosing the time of your massage, therefore you need to be there before your appointment.
