arrival
The waiting room is always open 30 minutes before. Please make sure to be there 10′ prior your appointment. Keep in mind that you might need to explain the reason why you’re here & change.
Punctuality is key in order to start your journey to a full relaxation & pain relief.
Don’t forget, do not ring, I will never answer as it has been deactivated to avoid any disturbances during a treatment or massage.
The entrance code has been sent to you by email when you booked an appointment, please follow the instructions.
The waiting room is the purple door on your left with the Upscale logo. No need to knock, enter & I will welcome you as soon as I am ready.

Pour la plupart des traitements proposés, une synergie d’huiles essentielles sera créée pour vous parmi plus de 100 huiles essentielles différentes pour améliorer l’effet recherché et le faire durer.
Pensez à prévenir si vous faites d’éventuelles allergies.
room temperature
At Upscale Massage, we like it “tropical”. It’s always warm in the practice as you won’t wear a lot of clothes.
You’re always be covered with enough towels for your privacy and comfort.
Rest assured, if the temperature outside is too warm, the practice will be cool enough.
clothing
You should always undress to your personal level of comfort. In any case, the amount of towels will be adapted.
Feel free to let the therapist know about your preferences.
Don’t forget one thing : This is your body & your massage.
The only mandatory clothing is for Sport Massage, Osteopathy, Manual Stretching Session : You need to have underwear on.
PAyMENT
Cash only in the practice.
Pre-payment : Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Money Transfer. (Payment post massage = +5% of the price)
cancellation
All appointments not cancelled at least 24h in advance, (last minute) will be charged 50%
“NO SHOWS” will be fully charged.
late arrival
Your late arrival will require ending the session at the scheduled time, meaning your session will unfortunately be shorter this time. There is usually enough time between two customers on purpose to overcome that stress but please keep in mind that this time has been reserved for you & other people are scheduled after.
For quality reason, do not forget that the therapist does need to “recover” after each session.
Things happen – traffic, last minute phone calls, things at work/home but the therapist’s time is valuable & he also respects other clients time.

The regular business hours are 10.00 to 20.00 from Monday to Thursday & Weekends.
Fridays : 10.00 to 22.00
